Program 2025/2026 Season

Program Overview

Beginning Fall 2025, Mentor Soccer Club is updating its travel program to reflect the growing needs of a year-round soccer experience. While we remain committed to keeping costs manageable, this update includes an increase in both fees and team commitment. It is important that families review the full program details before tryouts to make an informed decision.

Program Fee

  • $800.00 – Covers fall, winter (indoor), and spring seasons
  • Payment plans available
  • Family Discount: Third sibling is free after two are registered and paid

Seasonal Structure

Fall Season

  • Begins: Late July / Early August (approx. 2 weeks before league games)
  • Practices: 2 per week
  • Games: 8 total (4 home, 4 away)
  • Tournament: 1 included

Winter Season

  • Session 1: 2 practices per week
  • Session 2: 2 practices per week + 1 game per week (typically 8-game league format)

Spring Season

  • Begins: First week of April
  • First 2 weeks: Indoor facility (included in fee)
  • Practices: 2 per week
  • Games: 8 total (4 home, 4 away)
  • Tournament: 1 included

Summer Season

  • Off-season; no mandatory training or sessions

What’s Included in Your Fees?

League Expenses

  • Player & Coach registration cards
  • Team seasonal declarations
  • Referee fees ($40–$60 per home game depending on format)

Tournaments

  • Two tournaments per year (fall & spring)
  • Average cost: $600 per team

 

Indoor Facility Access

  • One of the largest club expenses
  • Selected based on cost, availability, convenience, and quality

Indoor Game Leagues

  • Range: $750–$950 per team depending on age group
  • Referee fees not included

Equipment & Supplies

  • Training gear: cones, pinnies, portable goals, stakes, balls
  • Game gear: canopies, benches, obstacles

Coaching Staff

  • Combination of volunteer parent coaches and paid professionals
  • Paid coaching costs are included in the fee.

New Player Info

  • Initial travel kit is provided by the club
  • Replacement uniforms and bags are parent’s responsibility

Program Overview

The total cost of $800 includes a non-refundable $200 deposit due at invitation acceptance. The remaining balance is paid in 8 monthly installments of $67 (plus a small service fee), beginning August 1, 2025, with a final payment of $64 due by April 1, 2026. All fees must be paid in full by April 15, 2026.
No refunds are available after the deposit is paid.
